On this 11th Day of Giving we’re incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to work remotely in Florida. While there, Jared, Bob, and Lori were able to meet up with Aaron and make the most of it—squeezing in some fun between workdays. From Topgolf to catching a baseball game and even a hockey game, it was the perfect mix of connection, teamwork, and enjoying the moment.

As part of our 12 Days of Giving we’re proud to support NAMI Champlain Valley they provide education, support, and advocacy for individuals and families affected by mental health conditions—helping reduce stigma and strengthen our communities. We’re grateful for the vital work they do and honored to support their mission during this season of giving.

On this 10th Day of Giving we’re excited to share a little life update from Daniela and her husband, Lee! After spending time in South Dakota, they recently made the move back to the area and are thrilled to be home.

The couple just purchased a house in Morrisonville, NY, and are loving everything about their new community. It’s been an exciting new chapter, and they couldn’t be happier to put down roots here.

As part of The 12 Days of Giving we’re proud to support Hope for Miracles. This created in honor of a local child’s courageous battle with neuroblastoma—a rare and aggressive childhood cancer. The organization’s mission is to raise funds for life-saving research, support local families, and increase awareness of the need for better treatments for childhood cancers.

On this 9th Day of Giving we’re excited to share some wonderful news—Aaron and his wife, Tylar, welcomed their first child into the world. Benett Joseph was born on 10/11/25, and both baby and parents are doing well.

This is such a special milestone for their growing family, and we couldn’t be happier for them as they begin this new chapter together. 💙

On this 8th Day of Giving in March, Lori and her husband, Chris, escaped to Curaçao for a tropical getaway. They enjoyed a boat tour to a remote Island, spent time with the island’s famous flamingos, and indulged in amazing food—all while taking time to relax, unwind, and return refreshed.

As part of our 12 Days of Giving, we’re honored to support the Plattsburgh Interfaith Food Shelf, an organization that plays a vital role in helping individuals and families in our community. By providing access to nutritious food and essential resources, they make a meaningful difference for neighbors in need.

On this 7th Day of Giving Jared wrapped up summer with a memorable getaway to Lake George with his kids. From soaking in the lake views to enjoying time outdoors and unplugging together, it was the perfect way to close out the season before fall routines kicked in. Trips like these are all about making memories—and this one checked all the boxes.

On this 6th day of giving Bob, took part in a memorable family trip to Punta Cana in April for a family wedding — and it was clearly a trip to remember! He was thrilled to have his wife, Mary, daughter Sarah, son Jeff, and daughter-in-law Janey all there to celebrate together.

When they weren’t enjoying the wedding festivities, the family soaked up everything Punta Cana has to offer — beach time, ocean swims, plenty of sunshine, and even a few unexpected island friends along the way. From relaxing by the water to sharing laughs and making memories, it was the perfect mix of celebration and vacation fun.

During our 12 Days of Giving, we are honored to support North Country Honor Flight. Through their meaningful work, they ensure our veterans receive the recognition, gratitude, and memorable experiences they deserve. Supporting this organization is one way we give back to those who have given so much.

On this 5th Day of Giving we’re excited to welcome the newest member of our team! While a formal introduction to clients will be shared in the coming weeks, we wanted to offer a glimpse into life outside the office.

Daniela recently enjoyed a trip to Clearwater, Florida with her husband, Lee. One highlight of their time away was a visit to Discovery Cove, where she had the unforgettable experience of swimming with dolphins. The experience perfectly reflects Daniela’s long-standing love for animals and appreciation for meaningful, memorable moments.

We’re looking forward to officially introducing Daniela soon and are happy to have her as part of our team.

During our 12 Days of Christmas, we’re proud to support Hospice of the North Country. Their dedication to compassionate, patient-centered care brings comfort and peace to individuals and families when it’s needed most. Supporting organizations like this is one meaningful way we give back to our community during the holiday season.

On this 4th Day of Giving we are highlighting Aaron, our licensed sales assistant who works remotely from Tampa, Florida. This year he and his wife, Tylar, celebrated their first wedding anniversary on July 14th, a meaningful milestone filled with memories worth cherishing.

As part of our 12 Days of Giving, we’re proud to support Elmore SPCA, a local nonprofit dedicated to providing shelter, care, and comfort to animals in need while helping them find loving forever homes. Their mission focuses on rescuing and rehoming pets with compassion and community support.

We appreciate the work they do for animals and are grateful for the opportunity to give back.

On this 3rd Day of Giving we are highlighting Lori, our Office Administrator. This year she and her husband, Chris, spent time in Zurich and Munich during Oktoberfest — enjoying Zurich’s scenic riverside streets and historic squares followed by the lively energy of Munich’s world-famous Oktoberfest celebrations where traditional Bavarian music, food, and festivities draw people from around the globe.

As part of our 12 Days of Giving, we’re proud to support the Joint Council for Economic Opportunity (JCEO), a local community action agency serving Clinton and Franklin Counties that offers food assistance, outreach programs, early childhood support, housing help, and more — all focused on strengthening families and fostering self-reliance in our North Country community.
