Dear clients,
It’s time again for the annual election period for Medicare 2025. We at SLR Services, Inc are ready to serve you. Please be patient with us if you have called or emailed in the past few weeks. Our son Sean passed away at the end of August. We were completely devastated as this was a violent crime. As you can imagine, our thoughts were not with business at the time. We are back at work now, and working through the list of clients to call back. Rest assured that we are ready and prepared for the the beginning of AEP. From October 15 through December 7th we will be working to make sure we meet your Medicare needs.
We will be making appointments with all who need a review. We appreciate you, our clients, and hope that you can bear with us as we gear up for AEP and please be patient with us as we contact with those who have already reached out. Thank you for choosing us as your agents.

It's almost time for the 2024 Annual Enrollment Period! You can elect to make changes to your Medicare choices from October 15- December 7, 2023. Any changes you make will take effect on January 1, 2024. We are ready to help! please call 877-270-7113 to speak with us if you have any questions. We can do a review of your current plan and let you know if it's still a good option for you. If you are happy with the plan you don't need to do anything, and you will stay enrolled. If you received a notice of change from your plan, or changed doctors, medications, etc. we would be happy to do a review for you. Please allow up to 48 hours for a return call during this busy season. We thank you for your trust!

Edit to update:
With the help of our IT security firm we were able to identify and notify the people who received this phishing email. We were also able to increase security measures. As always, never open links in emails that you are not expecting, or that don’t make sense. You can always call the sender, or log into a new browser window if it’s a company you have an online account with for more information.

It has come to our attention that an email has been sent that says "review and sign a document" Please don't open, we did not send this email. We are working with our IT company to resolve this.

It will soon be time once again for the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP). There are a few changes and things we want to let you know about.
Starting in October all calls must be recorded. You will be reminded of this when we speak, but we just wanted to give this head up. We will be using a service to do this. You may also be aware of some big changes coming regarding how the drug programs will be administered. We are monitoring all developments and will keep you posted when it’s time. This year’s AEP (for 2023) won’t be affected, but it appears that good news is coming regarding drug pricing in the future.
We have been relying on remote appointments for several years now, and honestly it helps us save a ton of time. We don’t have to travel to appointments and can service you much more quickly. We will continue this practice, but if you feel you must see us in person we can accommodate a few face-to-face appointments, if you live where we have offices in South Florida or the Houston area. Please let us know asap if that is the case.
The dates for AEP are October 15th to December 7th. If no changes are needed, you don’t need to do anything. Your plan will rollover and continue in 2023. If you have a plan with a premium, you must continue to pay that premium.
Any insurance plan making changes is required to notify you in late September or early October of the changes in a document called an Annual Notice of Change (ANOC). If you have received notice from your plan that there are changes, or if you have new prescriptions or other issues, we are happy to help review your current plan and make recommendations. Our goal is happy clients, and we will work hard to make sure you are in the right plan for your needs. You will be bombarded with media advertisements about many different plans in the coming months. We represent most of the major carriers and are diligent in keeping up with the new and current plans. Please give us the chance to review with you before making any changes.
We appreciate referrals so if you have friends and family either aging into Medicare, or already on Medicare and eligible to make changes in the AEP please give them our information. We do not advertise and have enough referrals to keep us busy. We like to think that is because our clients are pleased with our service. We know that you have choices, and we are honored to be your agents.

The 2020 Medicare Annual Enrollment Period is right around the corner! From October 15th to December 7th you can make changes if needed. Please call if you have questions about your current coverage, or if you know of someone who needs assistance.

We have been made aware that a few of the Annual Enrollment Information letters mailed in September were not sealed properly, and therefore were delivered empty. My sincere apologies if you got an empty envelope! Please contact us and we will send a new one. Every time we send information out we get a few envelopes back with invalid addresses.
