This is one I'll never forget... Manny & Jessica came to me in mid-January, having their dreams of buying this beautiful BRAND NEW home dashed by a builder's in-house lender. The builder's lender could not approve them for this purchase because Manny is self-employed and like a lot of self-employed folks, he didn't show much income on his tax returns. I was able to pair them up with just the right loan product to get them approved - and now this brand new home is THEIR HOME! I've never seen any customer work as hard as this couple did to buy their dream home, and I couldn't be happier for them!

There are several types of mortgages for self-employed people, even if they don't show much income on their tax returns. And the interest rates on these loans have gotten VERY competitive with the Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. If someone you know has questions, please ask them to DM me. I'm here to help!
