Mr. Nelson listened and understood, he was able to tailor the experience to what I needed, not what was standard . This was exceptionally important to me and vital to my purchase. Most people in this industry are on autopilot, you rarely find that people can and will tailor their scripts to your need. Usually, you get what they give which is not always what you want.
