Please don't go out there looking for a house without a realtor. Especially if you're buying a new build. You need someone that has your best interest!!! Builders will take advantage of you if you don't have a realtor representing you. I know great ones!!!! Sam Ruben Johnie Palmer Ashley Esparza Jennifer Jelks Teria Everythingrealestate Guthrie just to name a few!!!

These realtors have been in the business for a LONG time and can educate you on the buying process.
