I love to read! This is one that I just finished! It’s a great one and I highly recommend it!

I don’t always have time to sit down and read so I make sure to have books ready on Audible, my favorite podcasts or subscribe to YouTube speakers! One thing that I have learned to focus on in the last couple years is my personal growth...not just physical but mental as well. Are you growing through your trials? WHAT’S IN MY CUP? What do you eat for breakfast? What do you eat first thing to fuel your body for you morning activities?

spinach*** - excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health, skin and hair

oats - healthiest grains on earth. Healthy source of carbohydrates. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.

blueberries*** - Packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, these berries are also high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists. They lower your risk of heart disease and cancer. Studies conducted at the South Dakota State University show that freezing blueberries makes their powerful antioxidants more available to the human body.

I have always heard, "It's ok! Eat that, you deserve it!" What I deserve is to be healthy and to feel good about my body! Don't you!? Don't get me wrong, I love a good dessert or a juicy burger, but food is to fuel the body. We can use it as entertainment or comfort some of the time. The problem is our culture treats food as entertainment and comfort all the time and to fuel the body sometimes! Think about that! The change in mindset starts with you!
