WHAT’S IN MY CUP? What do you eat for breakfast? What do you eat first thing to fuel your body for you morning activities?
spinach*** - excellent source of vitamin K, vitamin A, vitamin C and folate as well as being a good source of manganese, magnesium, iron and vitamin B2. Vitamin K is important for maintaining bone health, skin and hair
oats - healthiest grains on earth. Healthy source of carbohydrates. They're a gluten-free whole grain and a great source of important vitamins, minerals, fiber and antioxidants.
blueberries*** - Packed with antioxidants and phytoflavinoids, these berries are also high in potassium and vitamin C, making them the top choice of doctors and nutritionists. They lower your risk of heart disease and cancer. Studies conducted at the South Dakota State University show that freezing blueberries makes their powerful antioxidants more available to the human body.
MCT oil*** - can help you lose extra weight, which can reduce your risk of heart disease. MCT oil in your diet can also help lower LDL (the “bad”) cholesterol while also increasing your HDL (the “good”) cholesterol. Easily digested, good source of energy, and reduces lactate buildup.
cranberry pill - Packed with antioxidants and can help reduce the frequency of urinary tract infections. They may promote heart health, improve blood sugar control, boost immunity and protect against cancer, cavities and stomach ulcers.
collagen peptides - improve skin health by reducing wrinkles and dryness. They may also help increase muscle mass, prevent bone loss, and relieve joint pain.
protein powder - Protein is an essential macronutrient that helps build muscle, repair tissue, and make enzymes and hormones. Using protein powder is a an clean, easy way to get protein in your diet as well as into the blood stream after a workout. It can aid in weight loss and help people tone their muscles.
greens*** - Packed with essential organic greens, micronutrients, probiotics, and digestive enzymes to optimize nutrition and detox your body. I use greens because I don’t always get all the veggies I need in my diet.
grapefruit juice - It's rich in nutrients, antioxidants and fiber. Boosts immune system and promotes appetite control.
oat milk - just cuz I like it. 🙂
