While Jodi is the epitome of professionalism, she really understood and cared about my personal situation. Without her involvement in working thru the process, I wouldn't have been able to obtain the loan. This was also in the most difficult time(virus). She continued to manage the process and keep me informed in a manner that was above and beyond anything I would have expected. For her assistance, I am very grateful.
