Hello everyone. Thanks for all the new likes and follows. I really appreciate the support.

I'm excited to announce that Riverway Financial Solutions has been approved by the state of Texas to be a home mortgage broker!

I will update the website with pertinent home Loan mortgage information and my first partner will be.....

ROCKET MORTGAGE!

I I'm really excited to be able to offer primary owner occupant mortgages through Riverway Financial and I look forward to helping people become homeowners.

I have other partners I'll be adding to the roster of lenders so be on the lookout.

1. Most of my products are for current business owners who meet a monthly revenue criteria and have been in business at least 1 year. One year meaning you reported a profit/loss on your most recent tax filings.

2. If you are not a business owner, I only have personal loan I can offer you at the time. I am always looking for opportunities to offer something for my startup people so be on the lookout for any announcements surrounding that.

3. No residential loan products are being offered at this time, but it will be coming in the future.
