Meet Sierra 👋

Sierra came to us with a background in psychology and nonprofit work — which means she doesn't just process requests, she pays attention to the person behind them. She anticipates what customers need next and advocates for them the way she would for her own friends and family.

Outside the office, Sierra is crafting, thrifting, catching concerts, and sharing her balcony with her two cats, Beans and Tuna. ☕🐱 In the past, she's also spent time teaching swim lessons to little ones and has volunteered with nonprofits — because showing up for her community has always been part of who she is.

Drive by, drop off, and help support local students! 🎒✏️

We’re excited to partner with Plano ISD Head Start for our 2026-2027 School Supplies Drive! We’ll be collecting supplies at our State Farm® office to help stock their eight Pre-K classrooms for the upcoming school year.

Their teachers have put together a Supplies Wish List with items their classrooms can use, including craft supplies, classroom essentials, and more. There’s no required quantity, so you’re welcome to donate whatever you’re able to from the list!

Check out the wish list, pick an item or two, and drop your donation off at our office during regular business hours. All donations will be delivered directly to Plano ISD Head Start. The drive will end Aug 31.
