This is unacceptable! As a Security Professional at no point should you follow and harass a patron in the process of leaving after you have asked them to leave and they do not pose a threat! The club should be held accountable as well because they should have issued the refund if the patron did not receive what they paid for. They are just as responsible for the negligence that happened here!
If you can’t do the job! Get out of the business now! Poor judgement is making it harder and harder for other business owners to survive.
As a commercial facility you are just as responsible for screening whom you hire to work for you.
