After my family and I had water damage in our home we were referred to Mike to help deal with our circumstances. In a time of need Mike helped guide us and took the pressure off of dealing with our insurance company. His passion and professionalism was outstanding. This is where I began feeling reassured due to our inconvenience in our home. Mike kept us informed in every step of the way as progress being made with our claim. When Sean and I experienced a major house fire, our world was turned upside down. We were facing what felt like an overwhelming nightmare, and we had no idea where to begin. From the moment we met Michael Oland, we knew we had made the right choice in having him walk us through this incredibly difficult journey.
For two years, Michael was by our side as our home was rebuilt. He was not only knowledgeable and professional, but also compassionate, patient, and genuinely committed to helping us every step of the way.
