A lot of closing delays happen because important documents are missing, outdated, or hard to find at the last minute.

Some of the most common items lenders need:
✔️ Recent pay stubs
✔️ Bank statements (all pages)
✔️ W-2s or tax returns if needed
✔️ Clear photo ID
✔️ Explanations for large deposits when requested

Every loan is different, but preparation makes a huge difference.

That last one is where a lot of people are.

Usually it’s not because buying is impossible. It’s because the numbers still feel unclear:

Big bank pre-approval suddenly falling apart days before closing?

The universe has spoken… and apparently it wants you to get pre-approved. 😂🏡

If the first word you saw was PREAPPROVAL, maybe it’s time to stop casually browsing homes and start finding out what’s actually possible.

Because “just looking” has a funny way of turning into:

“I financed furniture because the payment was only $89 a month.”
