Over the Past several months, I've had the privilege of watching Jared put in an incredible amount of effort and commitment as part of the Protege program. I'm truly proud of the dedication, work ethic, and growth he's shown day in and day out. He's taken on challenges with a positive attitude, stayed consistent, and continues to push himself to improve. Being able to mentor and support him along the way has been especially rewarding, and I'm genuinely excited to see how far he can go and what he'll accomplish next!
🌟 Introducing Protégé Jared Crutcher! 🌟
Jared began his protégé journey in February. He’s from Aurora, IL, and when he’s not working, you can usually find him on the basketball court.
One of Jared’s favorite parts of the program is the mentorship he’s received:

Jared has big goals ahead, with plans to open his own agency in 2026:
“I’m looking forward to building not only my client base, but also stepping into agency ownership with Farmers Insurance and representing something bigger than myself in the best way I can.”
