🎯 September is Life Insurance Awareness Month, so let's clear up the two things I hear most from people in Oswego and Plainfield who don't have coverage.
LIMRA's research says roughly 100 million American adults, 40% of us — believe we need more life insurance than we have. Most of them haven't done anything about it. Here's why:
✅ Myth #1: "It's too expensive." Research from Corebridge Financial found people guess a 20-year, $250,000 term policy costs about 3x what it actually does. The real number is closer to $13/month for a healthy adult. Almost nobody guesses that low.
