Are you an insurance professional in El Dorado County tired of the daily trek down Highway 50?
The Rubiano Agency is looking for a driven Sales Representative/ Agency Producer to join our team. We offer a hybrid schedule (2-3 days remote, contingent on passing 3 month probationary period), because we believe in modern flexibility-but we also value the collaboration and community connection that only happens in our local office.
The Opportunity:
You won't be just a "policy pusher". You'll be a local advisor helping our neighbors-from retirees in Placerville to families in El Dorado Hills-protect everything they have worked hard for. You will manage a diverse portfolio including Auto, Recreational, Business, Pet and Life Insurance.
What You'll Do:
Sales Consulting: Solicit and design custom coverage across all lines of business (Property & casualty, Life, and Business).
Hybrid Networking: Develop leads through community involvement in El Dorado County and digital outreach.
Policy reviews: Meet our existing Farmers Insurance book of business to ensure their coverage matched their current lifestyle.
Relationship Management: Provide ongoing consultation and resources to our valued clients.
Who You Are:
Licensed & Local: You hold a California P&C license (Life & Health is a major plus). Willing to train and license the right candidate.
The Best of Both Worlds: You are disciplined enough to crush goals from home 2-3 days a week, but enjoy the energy of being in the office and meeting clients face-to-face.
Empathetic closer: You can handle a "kitchen table" conversation with a retiree just as well as a professional presentation for a business owner.
