At Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, we value your experience as our member, as well as our partnerships with community gyms and facilities. Earlier this year, we partnered with FitOn
Health to offer our fitness program for 2025. We understand that this transition has presented challenges for some of our members. To better meet your needs, we’re transitioning to the
Silver&Fit® program on September 1, 2025.
We know how important your health and fitness benefits are to you, and we are confident that the Silver&Fit® program will prioritize your wellbeing needs and experience. We’ll be sending you a letter with updates to your Evidence of Coverage and more details about your new
fitness benefit.
Your benefit with the Silver&Fit program begins on September 1. Here’s what to do next:
1. Register Online: On or after September 1, visit ExcellusBCBS.com/Fitness to create your Silver&Fit account.
2. Check if your current gym is in network: Click on the Fitness Centers tab to search for gyms near you and complete your enrollment. If your current gym is not in network, you can easily search for and choose a new participating fitness center near you.
3. Download and print your Silver&Fit card and bring it with you to the fitness center to
start using your benefit.
4. To register by phone you can call the Silver&Fit program at 1-888-797-7925 (TTY
711) for help.
Our partnership with FitOn Health ends on August 31, 2025. We’re excited about what the
Silver&Fit program has to offer — including more than just fitness center memberships. Please
