Just happened again. Took a call from one of my insureds. The contract climber dropped a tree on the house and his insurance denied the claim. They said "His coverage was for ground level limb trimming" Another cheap online policy that provided no actual tree coverage. PLEASE have me review certificates of insurance for any contract climbers or subs. Even if your not one of my customers I will do this no cost to make sure this doesn't happen to you.

Commercial Auto rates will see increases in 2nd half of 2025. Due to a major increase in amplitude of settlements we will see commercial auto rates rise in 2025. Lock in now before prices go up dramatically. Remember renewal increases are usually much lower than brand new business rate hikes. This is why I don't recommend waiting to get your commercial auto figured out. We have rates starting at $100 per month per truck for $1 million in commercial coverage. Comp & Collision included!
