I am excited to welcome Caitlyn Schultz to the team!

Caitlyn is a graduate of the University of Virginia’s College at Wise, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance. Prior to joining our team, she completed our College Financial Representative internship with Northwestern Mutual in 2025.

As Operations Manager, Caitlyn supports the day-to-day operations of our practice and works closely with me to help deliver an exceptional experience for our clients as they pursue financial security and success.
