June is a great time to review your life insurance.

As we reach the halfway point of the year, many families are reviewing financial goals, planning vacations, and preparing for what's ahead.

It's also a good opportunity to ask an important question:

"If something happened to me tomorrow, would my loved ones be financially protected?"

Life insurance is often more affordable and easier to obtain when you're younger and in good health. Taking a few minutes to explore your options today can help provide peace of mind for years to come.

If you'd like to review your current coverage or learn what's available, I'd be happy to help.

Send me a message to start the conversation.

🔍📚 Digging for Information & Child Safety Day! 📚🔍

The Clarion Free Library Summer Reading Program is in full swing, and during Week 2: Digging for Information, families are invited to stop by for a FREE Child ID Event that I will be hosting through New York Life.

This year's Summer Reading Program encourages children to dig deep and discover new worlds—whether in the pages of a book or beneath their feet. Through history, archaeology, paleontology, family connections, and imagination, children learn that information can be found everywhere.

đź“… FREE Child ID Event
Wednesday, June 17, 2026
⏰ 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM
📍 Clarion Free Library
644 Main St, Clarion, PA 16214

As children explore the theme of Digging for Information, parents can take a few minutes to gather important information of their own by receiving a complimentary Child ID card.

In just 3–5 minutes, each Child ID includes:

âś… Current photo
âś… Digital fingerprints
âś… Emergency contact information
âś… Important identifying details

Having a Child ID can provide valuable peace of mind and assist authorities with critical information in the event of an emergency.

A parent or legal guardian must be present to provide consent. All child information is permanently deleted immediately after the ID card is printed and is never electronically retained.

📚 2026 Summer Reading Program Schedule
• June 8–13: Dirt & Rocks
• June 15–20: Digging for Information
• June 22–27: Archaeology
• June 29–July 4: Holiday Break
• July 6–11: Celebration America
• July 13–18: Paleontology
• July 20–25: Dino Play

There is no cost to participate—simply stop by during the event.

We hope you'll join us for a day of learning, discovery, and community as we help families stay informed, prepared, and safe.

One of the biggest financial mistakes I see young families make:

Waiting.

Waiting to get coverage
Waiting to make a plan
Waiting until “later”

The problem is—life doesn’t wait.

The younger and healthier you are, the more options you typically have.

It doesn’t have to be complicated, but it should be intentional.

If you’ve been putting it off, you’re not alone—but it might be time to take a look.

Most people insure their car, their home, and their phone…

But not their income.

Disability insurance is designed to protect your paycheck if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury.

And here’s what surprises most people:
Many claims come from illnesses—not accidents.

Your ability to earn an income is your biggest financial asset.

The question is—what’s protecting it?

If you’ve never looked into it, it might be worth a conversation.

May the 4th be with you.

Whether you’re a fan of Star Wars or just here for the phrase, today’s a reminder of something simple:

Preparation matters.

In the movies, it’s about being ready for the unexpected.
In real life—it’s no different.

We all work hard to build our future, but not everyone takes the time to protect it.

Having a plan in place isn’t about expecting the worst—it’s about being ready for whatever comes your way.

Because the strongest position you can be in… is prepared.

One of the most common questions I get:

“What’s the difference between Term and Whole Life insurance?”

Here’s a simple breakdown:

• Term Life → Coverage for a specific period (10, 20, 30 years)
• Whole Life → Coverage for your entire life + builds cash value over time

One is designed for temporary needs.
The other is built for long-term protection and financial stability.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer—it depends on your goals, your family, and your situation.

If you’ve ever wondered which one makes more sense for you, I’m always happy to help break it down.

Most people don’t think about life insurance… until it’s too late.

But here’s the reality:

If something were to happen to you, your family could be left with:
• Mortgage or rent payments
• Everyday bills
• Debt obligations
• Loss of your income

Life insurance isn’t about you—it’s about making sure the people you love are still taken care of no matter what.

It’s not always an easy conversation, but it’s an important one.

If you’ve never looked into it, it might be worth understanding what options are out there.

The NFL Draft is taking center stage in Pittsburgh this week.

Teams have spent years preparing…
Players have spent their entire lives working…
All for the opportunity to secure their future.

But here’s the reality—getting drafted is just the beginning.
What matters most is what happens after your name is called.

The same goes for life.

We all work hard to build something—our careers, our families, our future.
But without a plan in place, one unexpected moment can change everything.

That’s where I come in.

I got into this business to make a difference in people’s lives—whether that’s simply having a conversation or helping put a real plan in place to protect what matters most.

Because just like NFL teams in Pittsburgh aren’t leaving their future to chance…
You shouldn’t either.

If you’ve never taken the time to look at your financial protection or long-term strategy, it might be worth a conversation.

Most people insure their homes, their cars—even their phones.

But what about your income?

Disability Insurance from New York Life is designed to protect your ability to earn a paycheck—because that’s what everything else depends on.

Here’s why it’s worth paying attention to:

🔹 Income Protection – Helps replace a portion of your income if you’re unable to work due to illness or injury
🔹 Covers Common Conditions – Many claims come from illnesses like cancer, heart disease, or other health-related issues—not just accidents
🔹 Financial Stability – Helps cover everyday expenses like rent, mortgage, and bills while you recover
🔹 Flexible Coverage – Short-term and long-term options available depending on your needs
🔹 Professional Service – I’ll meet with you face-to-face to understand your situation and tailor a solution that fits

The reality is, a disability is more likely to impact your working years than you might think—and even a temporary loss of income can have a lasting financial impact.

For business owners, offering this type of protection can also be a meaningful way to support and retain employees.

If you’d like to learn more or see what options make sense for you, feel free to reach out or message me directly.

You, disabled? What are your chances? Higher than you probably think. You can ignore the problem, but it’s hard to ignore the facts:
