Pay: $12-15/hr. to start, based on experience
Full Time: ~40 hours/week.
Schedule: Flexible. Open to arrangement that works for both employer and employee.

We are a small real estate investment company (office of four) seeking an individual to help support with a variety of daily administrative tasks. Seeking a person who is:
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with a positive attitude
- Humble, and has a desire to learn.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Proficient in posting/managing social media accounts (primarily Facebook, Instagram, Linked-In).
- Competent with basic functionality in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint,
- A good communicator with multiple types of personalities.
- Able to work in a high paced environment, meet critical deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Other requirements:
- No requirements on formal education such as associates or college diploma.
- Driver license necessary.
- Background and/or general knowledge of real estate investing and/or sales preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with QuickBooks and/or basic bookkeeping preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
- Providing a wide variety of essential administrative and support services.
- Managing and responding to email accounts
- Managing, responding, and creating basic/simple content for social media accounts
- Handling/screening resident communications
- Communicating/scheduling with contractors, sellers, applicants, residents - Managing/sorting mail and other important documents
- Driving employer to and from meetings and appointments (employer’s car to be utilized for this)
- Screening applicants
