๐จ PENNSYLVANIA DRIVERS: IMPORTANT UPDATE ๐จ
Starting June 5, 2025, Pennsylvaniaโs new Paul Miller Law makes it illegal to hold or use a handheld phone while driving even when stopped at a red light, stop sign, or in traffic. Beginning June 6, 2026, violations may result in fines and court costs. Hands-free options such as Bluetooth, voice commands, GPS on a mounted device, and emergency calls are still permitted.
๐ฑ Put the phone down.
๐ Keep your focus on the road.
โ
Use hands-free technology whenever possible.
The law was created in memory of Paul Miller Jr., who lost his life in a distracted driving crash, and aims to make Pennsylvania roads safer for everyone.
