Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Help Pittsburgh Hire. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the company. This includes managing phone calls and correspondence, organizing files and documents, scheduling appointments and meetings, and providing executive administrative assistance. While the role is primarily located in Pittsburgh, PA, some remote work is acceptable.
Qualifications
• Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Clerical Skills and Organization
• Effective Communication and Phone Etiquette
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to Detail and Time Management
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Strong problem-solving skills
Approximately 10-15 hours per week with potential for growth.
Compensation:
$15 per hour with opportunities for additional commissions
