Busy has become a badge of honor in our industry. But burnout should never be the price of success.

One of the biggest takeaways from productivity consultant and corporate trainer Sarah Ohanesian of SO Productivity during our HMA Sales Rally in April was the reminder that being productive and being overwhelmed are not the same thing.

The best professionals are not necessarily doing more. They’re focused on what matters most, protecting their time, and creating space for both great work and a great life outside of it.

That message definitely hit home for a lot of us.
