Last week, we had the opportunity to attend a meet-and-greet and educational seminar with the executive leadership team at The Cincinnati Insurance Company. Spending this time with their team gave us behind the scenes insight into how decisions are made and how policies work. This has given us the knowledge to better advocate for our clients and confidence that business placed with Cincinnati is backed by invested leaders who focus on relationships, independent agents, and great claims service.

Earlier this week we had the opportunity to attend the 2026 Kansas Association of Insurance Agents (KAIA) Annual Convention. It was very valuable and informative, and while we are already looking forward to attending again next year, we are excited to implement everything we learned for our current and future clients.

Aside from the break out sessions expanding on this ever-evolving industry, the discussions and collaborations with the other industry professionals were just as valuable.
