Summer heat wave is here! Please be sure to take time to hydrate, take a cool down break get out of the sun, wear proper clothing. Be sure you do the same for your elders or those confined that need assistance. Keep your children safe thev need to not overheat stay hydrated and take rest periods. Pets need clean water, shade, food when outdoors especially when restricted to an area with concrete which absorbs heat. Be wise during this high heat period save lives and think ahead!
