✨Tuesday Team Member Spotlight — Meet Sandra!

Sandra began her journey with this agency working alongside John Whipple in 1997, and in April 2022 she took the reins as Agency Owner — building on nearly three decades of relationships, trust, and yes, a lot of good conversations. Because if there's one thing Sandra loves, it's people. She'll tell you herself — she loves gabbing with customers just as much as she loves the work itself. 🤍

What keeps her going after all these years? The relationships. Being part of a small community where she's known her customers for years — watching families grow, businesses thrive, and being there through the moments that matter most. That's not just a job. That's a calling. 💙

She's been married to Jamie for 34 years, has two kids - Tyler and Darian, and two grandsons, Riley and Mason, who clearly have her whole heart. 🤍

Outside of the office Sandra is a proud homebody — happiest curled up with a good book. In the summer you'll find her camping with family, and someday she hopes to travel to the Netherlands to trace her family's roots. 🌷

She runs on coffee, watches anything Minnesota sports, and always has eggs in the refrigerator.

She's been asked what she'd be doing if she wasn't in insurance. Her answer? Rockstar. 🎸 Honestly Sandra, we don't think you had to choose — you've been a rockstar all along. 😄💙

Sandra and Tara showed up to work today in matching outfits — completely by accident — which honestly tracks. These two are so in sync that we're not even surprised anymore.

This isn't even the first time. 😄

✨ Team Member Tuesday Spotlight — Meet Tara!

If you've ever hung up the phone after talking insurance and actually understood what was just explained to you — there's a good chance you talked to Tara. 😄

As one of our sales specialists, Tara's days are filled with phone calls, emails, and collaborating with fellow specialists across the company. But what drives her isn't the policies — it's the people. Tara has a gift for making insurance relatable and easy to understand, and she'll tell you herself — if you learned something from your conversation with her, she's done her job. 🤍

Her expertise started in farm insurance and is quickly becoming a tie with life insurance — which means she's basically the whole package. 🌾

Outside of the office Tara is anything but idle. She works out with her husband Lance, takes walks with her kids Bo and Sydney and their two dogs Jax and Max — who she affectionately refers to as "the terrorists" 😄 — bakes sourdough, and in the spring you'll find her out bowfishing. Yes, bowfishing. 🏹🐟

She runs on coffee, thrives in the mornings, and has a weakness for pastries of any kind. If she wasn't in insurance she would be working with cows.
