✨ Tuesday Team Member Spotlight — Meet John! 🎉
Some people retire and take up golf. John Whipple retired and kept showing up. 😄
John has been part of this agency since 1986 — yes, 1986 — first as the original owner and agent for over four decades, and now as our most dedicated "retired" team member, still here four days a week because apparently some things are just too good to walk away from. 💙
Throughout his career John has been driven by one simple thing — helping people. It's what brought him to this work and what has kept him here all these years.
When he's not in the office you'll find him doing exactly what he loves — hunting. Weekend plans? Hunting. Hobby? Hunting. If there's a theme here you're catching on fast. 🦆🌾
But here's what makes John truly special.
Behind the scenes he quietly dedicates himself to sponsoring young people in trapshooting and hunting, hosts youth pheasant hunts, and welcomes out of state hunters for the experience of a lifetime.
He's been pouring into the next generation long before anyone thought to ask him about it. 🤍
He's a morning person, runs on coffee from the local diner, doesn't watch TV, and when asked about his bucket list — he's pretty much done everything on it already. 😄
John, we hope you never actually retire. The office wouldn't be the same without you. 💙
