Power was on and is back out at the office due to the tornado and hail we just had. Our immediate priority is houses with trees on them.

Houses with wind and hail will be normal claim channels

Cars with hail damage claims may be pushed out to wait for a paintless dent remover company to be mobilized.

Photos show shopping cart returns picked up and smashed by the wind. A brick that the tornado must have dropped off outside of the office door. And, Munoz ice machine condenser that was blown off of the roof.

We have had three insureds, THIS YEAR, that have had their cars stolen while at their mechanic's shop! We suggest asking what security measures are in place at your mechanic to ensure your car is secured while it is in care and custody of a mechanic or body shop.

I have not had this situation occur one time in my first fourteen years with State Farm.
