The road has changed. Make sure your claims change direction with it.
As of **August 1, 2026**, the former ASH pathway has changed for affected Florida Blue chiropractic claims.
Before your team inputs the next insurance, pause and confirm the destination:
- ❌ **Old route:** American Specialty Health (ASH)
- ✅ **New route:** Submit directly to Florida Blue
An outdated payer setup can send a perfectly good claim down the wrong path—creating avoidable rejections, delayed reimbursement, and unnecessary work for your staff.
