Rotary Clubs from Southeast Florida on August 12th went to Dania Beach Pier vicinity for a beach cleanup. We had a great time and left the beach area and canals very clean of plastic litter, aluminum cans and other items.

Pinecrest Rotary Club awarded ten scholarships to exceptional students who all submitted an essay on "Service Above Self". There were nineteen applicants and deciding the awardees was a very decision process. Congratulations to these scholars. They all touch people in the community through their volunteer work.
