🎉 Four Years. Wow!!! 🎉

Today marks the 4th anniversary of Grice Insurance Solutions, and I can't help but reflect on how far we've come.

When we opened our doors four years ago, we had a vision of building more than just an insurance agency. We wanted to build relationships, earn trust, and be the kind of agency that people could turn to when they needed someone in their corner.

Starting a business is never easy. There have been long days, difficult decisions, moments of uncertainty, and plenty of hard work. But through it all, God has been faithful, and this community has been incredibly supportive.

To every client who chose us, referred a friend, left a kind review, or simply trusted us to help protect your family, your business, or your future—thank you. Your trust means more than you'll ever know. We never take it for granted.

I'm also thankful for our dedicated team, Brittany and Tonya, whose compassion and commitment to serving others have made Grice Insurance Solutions what it is today. I'm blessed to work alongside these two individuals who genuinely care about our clients.

It's time to reform the Medicare Late Enrollment Penalty (LEP). 10 Here's 10 reasons why:
• Seniors often miss deadlines because Medicare is confusing—not because they're trying to game the system.
• Many rely on incorrect information from employers or other trusted sources.
• A lifetime penalty disproportionately hurts those living on fixed incomes.
• The punishment can far exceed any savings from delaying enrollment.
• Unexpected life events, illness, or caregiving responsibilities can cause honest mistakes.
• The appeals process is often difficult and burdensome.
• Medicare exists to help seniors access healthcare—not to impose permanent financial penalties.

Letters have been sent to our NC congressmen and we have started a petition campaign to get folks involved in this change.
