Open Enrollment is right around the corner, but there are additional Enrollment Periods you can potentially be eligible for:

- Initial Enrollment Period: Turning 65! It's best to do your research and enroll within the 3 months prior to your birthday month. This way you can ensure your effective date is your birthday month. This will assist in avoiding any lapse in coverage or penalties.

- Coming off Group Coverage: Ready for retirement and are 65 or older? You will be eligible to enroll, but be sure to speak with your Human Resources department about additional coverage they may provide.

- Dual Eligible: Do you have both Medicare and ? You qualify for a Special Election Period! If you have Medicare and have questions about qualifying for Medicaid or Low Income Subsidy, feel free to reach out!

- OTHER Special Election Period: Have you recently moved? Did your current coverage end or kick you off? There is a timeline involved so be sure you enroll sooner than later to avoid a lapse in coverage.
