NOW HIRING IN PINE GROVE
Thompson Social Services is a small non-profit organization in Pine Grove that manages finances for over 450 individuals that receive SSA benefits. We are looking for an Administrative Support person to join our growing team!
Responsibilities:
-Contact clients to update and verify personal information
-Scan, upload, and organize documents in client files
-Maintain accurate notes and communication records in client management systems
-Relay important information to case managers and office staff
-Open, sort, and distribute incoming mail
-Prepare, fax, email, and mail documents as needed
-Other tasks as needed
Qualifications:
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits
-Comfortable using basic office technology (scanner, email, data entry, etc.)
-Excel experience is a plus, but not required
-Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
-Must be able to pass a credit check, background check, and drug screen
-Willingness to obtain all required clearances
-Team player with a willingness to learn and grow
Pay is $15 an hour. This is a part-time position. Hours would be around 15 per week with availability on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. We have some flexibility in start and end times.
