You may have already noticed something new when logging into your Cotton Belt FCU Online or Mobile Banking!

Our new One-Time Passcode (OTP) security feature began appearing for some members a little sooner than we anticipated — so some of you may already be ON TRACK and have completed your setup! 🙌

✅ ALREADY COMPLETED IT?
You’re all set! There’s nothing else you need to do.

📱 HAVEN’T SEEN IT YET?
Open your Cotton Belt FCU Mobile App or log into Online Banking and be on the lookout for the new security verification. When prompted, simply follow the instructions to confirm your preferred phone number.

🔒 WHAT’S CHANGING?
Traditional challenge questions are being replaced with One-Time Passcodes (OTP). When additional verification is needed, you’ll receive a secure one-time code by text message or automated phone call.

It’s quick. It’s simple. And most importantly, it adds another layer of protection to help keep your accounts secure.

Meet Ashley Cook, branch manager and loan processor at Cotton Belt Federal Credit Union in Pine Bluff!

Her favorite part of the job is helping members and making a positive impact on the community while taking on the challenge of solving new problems each day.

Ashley enjoys traveling to Florida with her family, whether they are visiting the beach or heading to Orlando for a trip to Disney World. For her, the destination matters less than having the opportunity to make memories with the people she loves.

She also supports the Cheer Abilities team at her daughter’s all-star gym by volunteering during practices and competitions. She finds her involvement with the Unstoppable team especially rewarding because she can help athletes grow, build confidence, and develop meaningful friendships with the buddies who support their success. When it is time to unwind, she enjoys listening to true crime podcasts.

It’s the best way to start saving more of your money. Set up recurring automatic transfers to move a set amount (even just $25 per paycheck) into your savings account the moment you get paid.

Payroll deduction is available for free for all Cotton Belt FCU members. Give us a call or stop by the branch to get set up. You can change the amount or cancel it anytime. You’ll be surprised how quickly your stash of cash will start to grow!
