At Farmers & Merchants State Bank, farming is personal. For generations, we've had the privilege of working alongside farm families across Central Minnesota, celebrating successes, weathering challenges, and helping support the future of family farms. As harvest season continues in Morrison, Meeker, Stearns, and Benton counties, our local roads are busy with tractors, combines, gravity boxes, grain carts, and other farm equipment. It's a busy time of year, and a little extra patience can help keep everyone safe.
When you encounter farm equipment:

✅ Give equipment plenty of room to turn and maneuver
✅ Pass only when it's safe and legal to do so
✅ Stay alert and avoid distractions behind the wheel
We know harvest means long days, early mornings, and late nights for many farm families. We also know that behind every piece of equipment is someone working hard to provide for their family, care for the land, and help feed our communities.
