We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Mechanic Helper to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals seeking hands-on experience in the automotive repair industry.

As a Mechanic Helper, you will:
* Assist skilled mechanics in various tasks, ensuring vehicles are maintained and repaired efficiently.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
* Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Communicate effectively with other employees.
* Possess the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
*Run Errands

Requirements include being at least 18 years of age, possessing a valid driver’s license, able to pass a drug screen, basic knowledge of tools, experience with performing basic maintenance like oil changes on vehicles.
Previous experience in an automotive setting is beneficial but not required; we welcome candidates eager to learn.

Ashworth Mechanical Services would like to congratulate the Class of 2026.

We would especially like to congratulate our employee, Ethan Daigle, on his high school graduation. Ethan will be graduating tomorrow as one of Assumption High School’s Valedictorians. He has worked on and off for us as his schedule has allowed, and will be working full time with us for the summer. Ethan plans to attend Nicholls State University in the Fall to pursue a career in Mechanical Engineering.

Congratulations Ethan and the entire class of 2026! You are in our prayers as you begin this next chapter of your life. We wish you nothing but the best in all of your future endeavors.
