The Kaiser strike may be over 🙌 — and I truly hope everyone affected is finally getting the care they need.

But it does bring up an important question…

👉 Were your Medicare benefits interrupted?

👉 Were appointments delayed or services harder to access?

📣 Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period is HERE!

The Medicare Advantage Open Enrollment Period (MA OEP) runs from January 1 – March 31 each year.

✅ Who can use this enrollment period?

If you are already enrolled in a Medicare Advantage plan, you can:
• Switch to a different Medicare Advantage
plan
• Drop your Medicare Advantage plan and
return to Original Medicare (and add a Part
D drug plan if needed)

⚠️ This period is not for people on Original Medicare who want to join a Medicare Advantage plan for the first time — it’s specifically for those already in a Medicare Advantage plan.

🤔 Why might you want to make a change?
• Your doctor is no longer in-network
• Your medications are no longer covered or
costs have increased
• Your premiums or copays changed
• You’re unhappy with your current coverage
• You found a plan that better fits your
health or financial needs
