Jim Guinta AZ Real Estate Consultant I specialize in residential real estate & mortgage lending across the US. Jim has been conducting real estate in Arizona since 2008.

He was raised by a land developer in Illinois and practiced residential and commercial real estate before moving to the valley in 2005. He personally has invested in the housing market by rehabbing homes, flipping homes, investment properties, section 8 housing projects and even business brokerage. He was a mortgage originator, loan consultant, underwriter and credit counselor for various lenders

throughout his career. Jim has a unique blend of “ALL” real estate transaction experience to help guide you through your home buying/listing experience. Jim guarantees to transfer his experience and knowledge in the industry to benefit you as the consumer with your real estate transaction. Jim is the corporate development director of THE PURPLE SOCIETY. This is a local not for profit organization that assists families that are experiencing child hood cancer within their family. A large percentage of all real estate transaction commissions are donated to this society here in Phoenix. Jim prides himself working directly with THE PURPLE SOCIETY to help those families in need.
