Before changing the price, consider what else you can change:

Is your home positioned competitively against the current competition?

Does the photography, condition and marketing make buyers want to see it?

𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠𝗦:
Could flexibility on closing dates, contingencies or other terms make the offer more attractive?

𝗕𝗨𝗬𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧𝗦:
Could an allowable contribution toward closing costs or other expenses help a buyer make the purchase?

𝗙𝗜𝗡𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚:
If you have a favorable existing mortgage, is it assumable? If so, that could potentially be part of the conversation.
