From day one of the transaction Bob was available by phone and answered all of my questions and addressed any concerns that I had. I was able to share this information with my sellers who then accepted the buyer's offer. Bob was very communicative and knowledgeable, his team was consistent in getting me documents etc, before I had to ask for them. You could tell he had a partnership with the buyer's agent and that he really cared about their clients. It wasn't just a transaction to them. I feel the same way about my clients, so I note and appreciate when I find like minded professionals in this business. The other agent was great, but I have no doubt that the transaction was as smooth as it was because of Bob and his team working together. They OVER communicated every step (love this) and my clients felt that they knew what was happening on the other side and were not concerned, docs were done ahead of schedule, and we ended up even closing early. I wil absolutely share this experience with future clients if Bob is working with the buyer, and will likely refer some of my own buyers to him and his team in the future.
