Our home gym is coming back together. No excuses. I am 53 with damage-tear in my Supraspinatus(left shoulder) torn cartilage in left wrist from mounting biking, tendinitis in my right elbow, I broke the front of my C5 vertebrae from a dirt bike accident(you should see the reactions from doctors because I shouldn’t be able to walk), surgery on my right knee from a torn meniscus. People say I have a funny walk but hell yeah when everything hurts. No one is going to care for my health except me. Time to get back to work regardless of the arthritis. I don’t want a TV this room. It will be all business
