Because of this effective way of dealing with docs and retrieving what Guild needed all went smooth. Also need to give a shout out to Paige Leeper who very sweetly assisted during the entire process. As a first-time homebuyer, I wanted a team I could fully trust, one that genuinely had my best interests at heart. From my first conversation with Paige and Andrea, I knew I was in good hands.

Even as an out-of-state buyer, they made the pre-approval process simple and stress-free. When it came time to make an offer on a home I fell in love with, they helped make it happen. The house was slightly above my original price point, but Paige clearly explained how a 2-1 buydown could lower my payments in the short term, and it ended up being part of what made the deal work.

I truly don’t think I’d be closing on my dream home today without Paige’s knowledge and guidance throughout the process. I would highly recommend Paige and Andrea to anyone looking to buy a home, refinance, or work with a mortgage team that is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive.
