Having been in the mortgage business for 19+ years, I love working with clients so I can utilize my expertise and skills to more borrowers in need. I pride myself on my attentiveness to clients, customer service and educating my clients on the mortgage process and the documents they are signing. With experience in credit repair, I can also aide clients in improving their credit scores to put them
in a better position to get the best loan and best rate possible. I stay on top of the changes and advancements in the mortgage industry which allows me to give my clients more options to best suit their needs. I graduated from the University of Missouri with a degree in Economics and a minor in Math and Statistics. I'm proud to be able to use my degree each and every day of my life as I work to improve the lives of others. Prior to working in the mortgage industry, I worked as a manager of an auto finance company and a branch manager for a bank. In addition to doing mortgages, I've found that volunteer work is one of my niches. My charities of choice are the Thompson Center for Autism and Neuro Developmental Disorders at the University of Missouri, St. Vincent de Paul Food Kitchen, St. Mary's Food Bank and the National Kidney Foundation of Arizona. Having donated a kidney in Jan 2010, NKF of Arizona holds a special place in my heart. If you have any questions about me, the mortgage process, your own personal situation or you're looking for some sound advice, please feel free to call/email me at any time. I'm more than happy to help in any way I can. Jill Waldrop
