Silver Fern Companies and Otago Development proudly announce the promotion of John Nagel to President. Having been an integral part of the team for 12 years, John has excelled in various roles, including project management, estimating, pre-construction, and most recently, as Senior Vice President.

"John has played a pivotal role in crafting a compelling vision for the future of Silver Fern and Otago to support our projected growth. As we advance and strengthen our position as a leading provider of a full service land development consultant through Silver Fern Companies, and also providing turnkey residential development through Otago Development, John's leadership will be crucial."

John holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Iowa.
Stephen Ochoa was hired in 1998, rose to a Vice President role in 2014, became a Partner in 2017, lead the companies as President in 2019 and will continue as CEO, made the announcement. Stephen will serve in an advisory role for John over the next several years.
