We have recently heard stories of "other" agents fabricating a client's policy in order to offer them a lower insurance rate without the client even knowing. This is called "Contractual Misrepresentation" and if discovered, ANY claim that is submitted can be denied! When was the last time you looked at your policy to see if your agent did this to you?
