The U.S. Department of State released the November Visa Bulletin today with no changes from the October Visa Bulletin for the EB-5 reserved and unreserved categories. This is good news for concurrent filers looking to file before the filing fee increases that takes effect on November 30th. Stay tuned for future updates.

Green Card Fund is pleased to announce that the Home2 Suites by Hilton EB-5 project in Ashland, Ohio, has received its I-956F approval from USCIS. The project, which has been approved for both the rural and high unemployment set-aside categories, is being developed by award-winning developer and operator Witness Investment.

The project, which is scheduled to be completed in March of 2027, will provide Ashland with a much-needed hospitality option. The town sits in the middle of the busy I-71 corridor between Columbus and Cleveland, and is home to Ashland University, which has expressed support for the project due to the demand for lodging created by its full academic and athletics calendar.
