Happy Monday!!!
I wanted to share a little bit about why I love what I do and why it makes my heart happy to help people........
JW came into my life four years ago when someone I met at a B2B Expo gave him my card when he mentioned wanting to buy the house he was renting. When he came into my office, his attitude was quite negative as he let me know, "I've met with other people before and they haven't been able to help me. I already know how this is going to go." What my now friend didn't realize was that I was different from other other Loan Officers; I coach my clients, help them make the plan to get them to homeownership or purchase their next investment home, and keep them motivated when life throws them curve balls. In other words, I don't give up on my clients who are putting in the work to get themselves in position to finally buy their own home!
So here we were Friday, closing on JWs first of many homes with an immediate growth in his net worth by $175,000!! We'll be starting on the next phase of his plan to renovate the home, rent it out, and then he's purchasing his next upgrade home! I'm so proud of my friend for hanging in there through the ups and downs of the recent years and sticking to his plan to finally own this home!
If you or anyone you know is in a rent to own contract and not sure how to get in position to finally own that house, please have them call me b/c I'd love to help them just the way I've helped JW create wealth through homeownership! I'm here to help you too!
