United healthcare is removing prior authorization requirements for 30% of its medicals services…….. effective october 1, 2026

Things like cardiology, oncology services, orthopedica procedures, genetic and lab testing, physical, occupational and speech therapy, some medical equipment and chiropractic and home health services…

ACA MARKETPLACE PLANS ON THE RISE IN 2027….

I am sure its not surprising but rates will go up again in 2027…. Maybe not as drastic as 2026 but its almost inevitable with the cost of the hospitals raising prices as well…

Make sure you compare private plans, aca and work plans to make sure you are on the best plan and price for 2027…. Also if you are needing surgery or wanting to try for a kiddo or going through divorce or anything even getting a raise.. it could all effect healthcare.

2026 maximum income limits to receive subsidies on the marketplace aka ACA…. Obviously it fluctuates state to state and if you are in alaska or hawaii limits are higher are 78k

These rates change yearly…. If you go even a dollar over, you pay full price…

The marketplace isnt for everyone and i have access to all the plans in 40+ states and quote and compare for free.

One huge thing Thats atleast helped me be successful in my own self is keeping a small circle.
The smaller the circle the less you need to stress or worry if good or bad things happen because that group is always there….
The bigger the circle the more drama and stress comes into play…

Not every insurance covers mental health……. Its definitely something you need to be aware of….

Employer plans, marketplace plans, medicaid and things like that do have coverage for it… but most private plans dont.

Alternatives to getting mental health coverage is cash pay plans and or telehealth plans have it for the most part

Cheaper isnt always better!!!! Its actually never better lol

Compare plans and review them before cancelling so you dont just hear a cheaper payment and think saving a few dollars helps… it could bankrupt you in the long run…
