Tara grew up in East Mesa and brings more than 25 years of customer service experience to the team. Her insurance career began as a receptionist, where she spent seven years learning the industry, building valuable skills, and developing a strong foundation for client care. In 2012, she became licensed and has continued to grow her knowledge so she can provide the highest level of service and support.

Tara is passionate about helping others and is committed to creating a positive, informed, and personalized experience for every client she serves.

Outside of work, Tara enjoys cooking, gardening, reading, listening to music, and spending time outdoors exploring new places. She also loves animals and reconnecting with family and friends over classic board games.

Zavion brings over five years of experience in the insurance industry and holds all four major insurance licenses, giving him the ability to support clients with a comprehensive and well-informed approach to their coverage needs.

Before beginning his career in insurance, Zavion was a Division I college hockey player at Bethel University and Grand Canyon University, where he developed the discipline, resilience, and team-first mindset that continue to guide his professional success today.
