Happy First Day of Fall!!!

Did you know that today is the autumnal equinox which means equal day and night of 12 hours each?

This means every day after today, we will have less and less hours of daylight as we head into the Winter.

Try using this question as a conversation starter at dinner tonight with the kids!

Q: What happens on the autumnal or fall equinox?

A: Each September, the sun is directly above the equator, which signifies the autumnal equinox in the Northern Hemisphere.

(For countries south of the equator, the moment is known as the vernal or spring equinox, marking the beginning of spring.)

To me, Fall is a great reminder of how beautiful change can be!

Will home prices depreciate going into 2023 according to National Averages?

Well, if you combine all 6 forecasts, you will see an average of expected home appreciation of 2.5%.

Does this mean a housing crash?

No way!

2.5% is getting us back to a more "normal" level of home appreciation which is needed for a healthy housing market.
