I recently completed the education requirements needed to sit for the national board certification exam to become a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC)!
This next season feels incredibly meaningful to me, and as part of the certification process, I need to complete 50 logged coaching sessions. I already have a few amazing clients, but I’m hoping to connect with a few more people who may want support on their wellness journey before the fall.
And honestly…support is the heart of what coaching is.
So often, we think change comes from finding the “perfect” diet, fixing one symptom, or finally becoming more disciplined. But real, lasting change usually happens when we finally have the space to slow down and untangle our thoughts, fears, habits, and hopes with someone who is truly in our corner.
Coaching is not about someone telling you what to do.
It’s about having an adventure buddy.
A sounding board.
A safe space to explore what’s keeping you stuck and what kind of life you genuinely want to move toward.
Maybe you’ve been wanting to prioritize your health.
Maybe you’ve been carrying stress, burnout, or overwhelm for too long.
Maybe you know something needs to change, but you don’t know where to begin.
You don’t have to figure it all out alone.
Sessions are typically 30 minutes and completely centered around you — your goals, your well-being, and the small, sustainable steps that can create meaningful change over time.
