🏡PROGRESSION PHOTOS - One of our clients, Happy Dog Builders, is flipping a property in the Encanto historic district. We were happy to be a part of this flip as their lender. As you can see from the before photos, this property needed some renovation. Happy Dog Builders went in and turned it around. The property is currently wrapping up with new floors, a kitchen makeover and other renovations. This property will be on the market this week and Happy Dog Builders are already looking for their next project!! 🔨🔧🔨
